For our Plasma Cutting Services we have our CNC plasma cutter shich was  designed and fabricated on site  at  Safe Escapeways in our Pittsburgh facility

Here is an explanation of how a plasma cutter works. You begin by “answering what is plasma?” It is a fourth state of matter, which we commonly think of matter as having three states; a solid, a liquid, and a gas. Matter will change from one state to another through energy, such as heat. A solid such as ice will change to a liquid. Then if the heat levels are elevated the liquid will change to a gas (steam). If the steam is then elevated with more heat, then it will become ionized and electrically conductive, becoming plasma. A plasma cutter will use the conductive gas and transfer the energy from a power supply to any conductive material, resulting in a cutting process.

After many hours of research paired with a long time spent at the drawing board, we were able to add a much needed addition to our fabrication capabilities.  With the given nickname of “PLASAMASTEIN  for our Plasma Cutting Services”  it has allowed us to increase our efficiency and accuracy that quickly enables us go from design to install just that much faster.
